Turn your phone into a quantitative detector. There is an online version of <a href=\"https:\/\/ij.imjoy.io\/\">ImageJ<\/a> that can be used. <\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/kilgourlab.com\/\">Kilgour Lab<\/a> is a resource run by Dr David Kilgour and has materials useful for students and mass spec.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/languagetool.org\/download\/LanguageTool-stable.zip\">LanguageTool<\/a> is a free grammar checker that is ok. None are perfect. Direct integration of languagetool into LibreOffice is very poor, but this standalone works. Note that you will need Java. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libreoffice.org\/discover\/libreoffice\/\">LibreOffice<\/a> is a free alternative to paid commercial Office software.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmrium.org\/nmrium\">NMRium<\/a> is a free online web based site providing NMR processing to everyone with a drag and drop interface.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/\">Pubchem<\/a> is a favourite for free information about chemicals. It also includes an excellent free online link for <a href=\"https:\/\/pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/#draw=true\">chemical drawing<\/a> that includes an option to paste SMILES code to get your structure started. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.r-project.org\/\">R is an<\/a> extremely powerful programme for statistical computing. You can also access via <a href=\"https:\/\/cran.rstudio.com\/index.html\">R-studio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/posit.co\/downloads\/\">R-Studio<\/a> is a useful environment for R. It also can be used as an IDE for Python. Before installing please follow the instruction to install R first.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.effemm2.de\/spectragryph\/\">Spectrogryph<\/a> is a very helpful programme for spectroscopy and there is a useful free version for students (and others).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zotero.org\/\">Zotero<\/a> is a free and very useful programme for doing referencing. It integrates well with LibreOffice (Many programmes do not).
